The Director of HR Service Delivery will play a pivotal role in shaping, implementing, and managing our global HR Service Delivery function. As a key strategic leader, this individual will oversee the Onboarding, Offboarding, and Solutions functions, with a primary focus on establishing, operationalizing, and scaling these services globally. The Director will be instrumental in driving innovation, optimizing processes, and ensuring a seamless HR experience for all employees worldwide.

  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership for the development and implementation of the global HR Service Delivery operating model, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Functional Oversight: Oversee and manage the operations of the existing regional Service Delivery teams, with future alignment into the functional model.
  • Self-Service and Automation Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive self-service and automation initiatives within Service Delivery, leveraging technology solutions to enhance efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
  • Shared Services Implementation: Drive the implementation of HR shared services delivery models to streamline HR processes, enhance service delivery, and optimize efficiency.
  • Change Management: Lead change management efforts related to the establishment and optimization of global HR operations, ensuring effective communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaboration and Alignment: Partner closely with HR leadership, business stakeholders, and HR teams to understand business needs, drive collaboration, and ensure alignment of HR Service Delivery with organizational priorities.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain robust data analytics capabilities to provide insights into HR service delivery performance, employee satisfaction, and operational efficiencies.
  • Employee Experience Enhancement: Continuously assess and improve the employee experience related to HR service delivery, ensuring processes are user-friendly, accessible, and aligned with employee needs. Implement feedback mechanisms to gather input from employees and stakeholders, using insights to refine and enhance service delivery.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a focus on HR operations and global HR management.
  • Proven track record of establishing and optimizing HR operations functions on a global scale.
  • Strong understanding of HR Shared Services including Onboarding, Offboarding, and Solutions.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute HR operations strategies that drive organizational success.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Change management expertise, with the ability to lead and manage organizational change initiatives effectively.
