As the Director of HR Shared Services for EMEA, reporting to the Senior Director, Global HR Shared Services, you will play a strategic and hands-on role leading the EMEA HR Shared Services team. This role involves collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence and Business Partners to manage core HR processes, drive excellence in execution, and support breakthrough results.

• Extensive directly related work experience in an HR service center environment, supporting front-line employees and people leaders.
• Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, demonstrating agility to meet challenges and adapt to changes in business needs.
• Strong business acumen and technical aptitude, including advanced skills in SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or a related field.
• Proven leadership capabilities, fostering positive employee engagement, trust, and operating effectively in a virtual matrix organization.
• Multilingual preferred with excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong influencing abilities.
