As the Director of HR Shared Services for EMEA, reporting to the Senior Director, Global HR Shared Services, you will play a strategic and hands-on role leading the EMEA HR Shared Services team. Your impact is critical, overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring a high-quality employee experience, and cultivating a customer-centric culture. This role involves collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence and Business Partners to manage core HR processes, drive excellence in execution, and support breakthrough results.

- Extensive directly related work experience in an HR service center environment, supporting front-line employees and people leaders.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, demonstrating agility to meet challenges and adapt to changes in business needs.
- Strong business acumen and technical aptitude, including advanced skills in SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or a related field.
- Proven leadership capabilities, fostering positive employee engagement, trust, and operating effectively in a virtual matrix organization.
- Multilingual preferred with excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong influencing abilities.
