The ideal candidate will use the latest technology to improve processes, work with those responsible for all indicators to ensure achievement of objectives, and communicate project progress to the HR executive level. H H. The Shared Services team leader will be responsible for building relationships with HR Business Partners. H H. (HRBP) to join forces in HR projects. H H. and will work with other departments to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and reduce risk throughout the organization. We work in a professional-informal and collaborative environment in which each person’s contributions are recognized, successes are valued and effort is rewarded.

  • Develop and manage HR processes and programs. H H.
  • Consult with clients to understand needs, and influence appropriately to obtain support and resources, to meet project objectives
  • Program and Project Leader, responsible for leading work teams and executing project plans
  • Implement continuous improvement processes, improve current processes and seek to obtain better results for customers and users of the processes

Essential requirements:

  • Intermediate-advanced level of English
  • Graduation
  • At least 7 years of experience interacting with internal clients or in consulting
  • At least 6 years of experience managing Human Resources processes
  • At least 5 years of experience leading work teams

Valuable requirements:

  • MBA or Master’s Degree
  • Professional Certification in Human Resources, Senior Professional Certification in Human Resources or Certification in Counseling
  • At least 10 years of experience managing Human Resources processes, in Human Resources Consulting or Human Capital
