Under the general supervision of the AVP Service Engineering and the Executive Director, this role will provide leadership for service line teams and will work collaboratively with leaders to ensure alignment with overall organizational strategies.

The Director IS Service Delivery will be supporting the Executive Director in developing and scoping plans, and managing resources focused on long-term and short-term plans for effective implementation and operation of service line specific programs.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree From an accredited educational institution or or equivalent education/experience.
• 8 years Leadership experience in technology service delivery, clinical engineering, bio-medical engineering, or a related field.
• 10 or more years – Related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree – From an accredited educational institution. Or equivalent educ/experience.
