The ideal candidate will be responsible for many different tasks related to the Benefits and Compensation functions of the business. Strategic Director from a Total Rewards background is preferred. Additionally, this individual will organize reports and documents to report to the executive team. They will champion new products and vendors and implement changes. Lucrative role in Benefits and Compensation.
• provide insight and strategy for entire HR department and organization on Compensation and Benefits
• scale the departments and hire top talent
• Establish communications between customers and executives. Global rewards is preferred.
• Organize documents and reports
• Bachelor’s degree. HR degree preferred.
• Experience in compensation and CCP is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in high intensity, fast-paced environment and HRIS and Shared Services
