Your strategic vision and technical expertise will be critical in developing and implementing data solutions that enhance our organization’s performance and competitiveness.

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, establish data governance frameworks, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.

3. Identify opportunities to leverage data for strategic decision-making and business growth.

4. Lead a small team fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.

5. Collaborate with cross functional teams to design and implement a robust data architecture that supports data storage, integration, and retrieval from various sources.

6. Oversee the integration of diverse data sets into a unified and structured format for analysis.

7. Drive the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Snowflake, and other tools.

8. Ensure data insights are accessible, understandable, and actionable for business users at all levels.

9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business leaders to identify data-driven insights and support strategic decision-making.

10. Implement and maintain data security measures to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.

11. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data management and analytics.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, information technology, or a related field preferred.

• Strong expertise in data architecture, data modeling, data integration, and data warehousing.

• Proficiency in Power BI, Snowflake, and other relevant data analytics and visualization tools.

• Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable data solutions.

• The ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
