The incumbent will be responsible to lead US Accounting Shared Services for areas like General ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Revenue Accounting & manage India R2R Corporate Function.

• Leading and managing shared services function along with handling stakeholders.
• Conducting strong reviews of monthly soft close/hard close & financials for India entity
• Devising & monitoring KPIs and SLAs for all domains of US Accounting on monthly basis.
• Front-ending leadership review for all critical matters including reviews with Controller, CFO and others.
• Developing strategic vision for the function.
• Devising controls, process and policy documentations.
• Dealing with external stakeholders like Actuary, Statutory/internal auditors, other consultants
• Keeping an eye on potential areas of Automation, Process improvements across function
• Overseeing governance review for Philippines entity from risk, control and Local GAAP perspective.
• Ensuring effective team engagement and retention as a people leader.

• CA with 15+ years of experience
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in US accounting shared services and India Corporate.
• Good knowledge of US GAAP, IND AS and PFRS.
• Good Inter-personal Skill
