A food manufacturing company is looking for a Director of Finance to join its dynamic team.

The position, reporting to the CEO with dotted line to the Board of Directors, will head the finance division of the company focusing on general accounting, treasury, statutory tax planning, cost accounting, and information technology. Likewise, the position will play a major leadership in the shared services to be provided to the operating plants.

• Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting
• Certified Public Accountant
• Five years experience in the same position heading the finance division for a multiple plant food/chemical manufacturing company, or food packaging company
• Knowledge in manufacturing costs, particularly in transfer pricing
• Expertise in general accounting, including credit and collection for international clients, and management reporting
• Proficiency in information technology for finance, with know how in Netsuite and Oracle is preferred
• Excellent leadership, management, and interpersonal skills
• Open to flexible working hours as the position will require coordination with the headquarters overseas
• Willingness to travel and to be based in Metro Manila
