As the Director of HR Operations, your role is pivotal in driving business success through the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs, with a specific focus on ensuring data integrity.
Part of your responsibilities will include leading the establishment of an Employee Service Center and overseeing all aspects of employees’ employment and human resources needs within Playtika.
- Establishing an Employee Service Center.
- Lead an HR Shared Services teams, serving as the escalation point for HR functions.
- Monitor efficiency and effectiveness of shared service teams.
- Implement and maintain robust data integrity practices to ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of HR data.
- Develop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance and support data integrity.
- Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, ensuring data integrity and compliance at each stage.
- Develop and implement standardized processes for onboarding and offboarding, among other procedures, to ensure consistency and fairness.
- Lead change management initiatives related to HR processes, systems, and policies.
- Develop communication plans to ensure employees are informed about changes and their impacts on HR operations.
- Monitor and assess HR operations to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process enhancements and address any operational challenges proactively.
- Experience leading HR Shared Services operations.
- Ability to develop and mentor a high-performing team.
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to handle complex issues.
- Strong partnership with HR COEs, IT, Finance, and other functional colleagues.
- Ability to lead multiple HR projects and programs.
- Effective communication to ensure alignment and coordination across departments.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Ability to implement new solutions and enhance existing processes.
- Experience in leveraging technology and automation for process optimization.
- Ability to understand and contribute to broader HR strategies and initiatives.
- Proficiency in HR analytics tools and methodologies.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for decision-making.
