LHH is working on a great HR Shared Services Director opportunity with a top Industrial Services organization in Houston, TX! The right candidate will have experience working in a Shared Services Structure as well as overseeing Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Global Mobility! They are offering great base, bonus, as well as profit-sharing!
- Manage Payroll, Benefits, Compensation and Global Mobility team
- Work closely with Executive leadership on strategic HR initiatives
- Oversee HRIS implementation
- Advise and make improvements on Benefits plans as needed
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field, PHR or SHRM-CP desired
- Minimum of 10 years’ of progressive experience with minimum of 3 years of Shared Services experience
- Management Experience
- HRIS Proficiency
