- Responsible for building the human resources shared service center, formulating the work plan of the shared service center, and continuously improving it
- Responsible for daily monitoring and optimization of employee services, and providing daily reports related to talent services
- Conduct data analysis and provide various data support related to human resources services
- Responsible for the daily management of the shared service center, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of service work, and continuously improving service levels
- Bachelor degree or above, more than 8 years of experience in employee relations
- Have experience in setting up, operating and promoting the implementation of a shared service center, and be able to independently organize and complete the work of the human resources sharing module
- Familiar with labor laws and company rules and regulations, and has extensive practical experience in employee relations
- Have strong communication and organizational skills, and be able to use resources to promote project implementation and work progress
- Have clear ideas and understanding on human resources data management
- Applicants with experience in employee service for companies with more than 300 employees and in management positions will be given priority
