The occupant will be responsible for the creation and administration of a Human Capital Service Center with transactions and interactions through telephone, chatbot, intranet and email to provide attention on issues related to benefits and management of the employee life cycle.
- Communication between collaborators and human resources
- Centralize the human resources function to provide HR-related services to Employees and improve their experience regarding questions, attention, needs, communication, etc.
- Creation of Technological communication channels that allow streamlining Human Resources processes, improving efficiency and guaranteeing a standardized approach aimed at improving the employee experience
- Integration of technology, data analysis and focus on employee experience.
- With the creation of the center, it is intended that Human Resources Services play a vital role and encourage the commitment of collaborators and optimize the operation of Human Resources.
- Manage the Contact strategy of collaborators with HR
- Studies at the Bachelor’s or Engineering level – Graduated ESSENTIAL
- English at an advanced level
- More than 5 years experience in a Human Resources shared services center
- That you have implemented tools such as chatbot, portal, intranet, email and call center
