• Experience as Director of Human Resources.
• Proven experience creating and opening a shared services center.
• Travel availability 10-20% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant area.
• 12+ years leading business process design within Human Resources, transformation and global business process services (GBS) activities.
• Knowledge of the Hire to Retire process.
• Experience leading and working on standardized techniques such as Lean, advanced process design, and information process extraction.
