As our Director of Implementation and Payroll, you will be a key member of our operations team that works to successfully transition new clients onto our system. You will be responsible for the system setup including data entry, file upload, and quality control of data. You will be responsible for training and/or reinforcement of training, and implementation support of software applications for new and existing clients. You will follow project standards within established timeframes and at defined quality levels, and ensure projects are completed according to client specifications. On-going support of the client once they’ve been implemented may be needed as well. You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and work remotely.

  • Provide remote support during client conversions as applicable.
  • Follow established project, departmental, company procedures and quality standards.
  • Set up new clients accurately and timely using the information provided and performing a needs analysis to ensure that all services required are prepared and set up as needed.
  • Validate new system input, output, and connectivity as well as identify, research, and assist in resolving any issues with technical resources.
  • Responsible for upload and audit of new client successor wages; and setup and support of client PTO Accrual policies.
  • Data entry and/or file upload of client and/or employee records to system.
  • Quality control of system setups including employee records, PTO policies, and garnishments.
  • Work with the benefits department to ensure any client or Stitch PEO benefits are set up and enrolled.
  • Build quality relationships with sales and service to meet quality standards.
  • Participate in the development of training content and update internal documentation.
  • Maintain, enhance, and broaden knowledge and skills of software applications and industry practices.
  • Provides a high level of customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

What you will need:

  • 7-10 years of payroll and implementation experience.
  • 3+ years in a relevant area of expertise, preferably for a PEO or a payroll company.
  • Prior experience successfully interacting with sales functions.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.) required.
  • Expertise in Payroll Processing Systems (PrismHR System required).
  • Expertise in building effective professional relationships.
  • Skilled in prioritizing tasks and controlling activity on a variety of tasks.
