Partnering and reporting directly to the Executive Vice President, the Director of Operations provides overall direction and guidance to the operational activities of Stonefire Grill with the objective of maximizing growth and profitability while providing day-to-day leadership and management to the company operations functions. The Director of Operations plans, organizes, administers, directs, coordinates, and controls the activities of the Operations function to support the Vision and annual financial targets of the company. Provides operational and programmatic support to the organization through the oversight of a day-to-day operations.

Finance, accounting, marketing, sales & catering, insurance & risk management, culinary & procurement, people & culture, and administrative services are provided by the Home Office through shared services and are all cross-functional partners in the operations of the business.
