Reporting to the Controller Canada, the incumbent will manage the shared services center comprising 28 direct and indirect employees and covering all companies owned by Industries Lassonde inc. in Canada. He will have to manage and master the processes of shared financial services, develop expertise in key functions in order to guarantee their operation; improve processes, create key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to measure performance; motivate employees and create a high-performance multidisciplinary team.

  • Supervise and manage the “Order to Cash” and “Procure to Pay” functions
  • Establish policies and promote excellence in management reporting, information flow, business process management and organizational planning
  • Establish communication protocols and streamline operational processes
  • Maintain key performance indicators to optimize efficiency and productivity
  • Improve existing processes
  • Develop and implement plans to automate manual processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve problems
  • Act as a subject matter expert and provide advice on key operational processes
  • Provide reports on key performance indicators and operational process performance
  • Participate in the establishment and maintenance of internal controls in your sector and collaborate with auditors during control tests

Training and Experience Required

  • BAC in accounting, finance or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in team management (more than 10 employees)
  • Experience in managing complex and simultaneous projects
  • Proven experience working with ERP systems and accounts payable automation systems
  • Experience in the manufacturing, consumer goods or food industry (an asset)
