  • Responsible for building the shared service center of the human resources center, the overall development planning design, implementation and operation management of the human resources shared service team (HRSSC), and building a service system
  • Responsible for designing and integrating the core business processes of the group’s SSC at home and abroad, establishing unified service processes and operating specifications at home and abroad, regularly adjusting and optimizing the processes, and executing the normal operation of the supervision process
  • According to the business and employment market characteristics of different regions and countries at home and abroad, continuously improve the SSC service policies, working methods and related system systems
  • According to the group’s development plan and organizational system, within the scope of the group’s macro policies, formulate employee relations-related human resources policies and implementation methods, and continuously improve relevant systems and processes
  • Responsible for continuous exploration
  • Based on the business information data generated by e-HR, provide data support for business, BP, COE, etc., and improve the overall digital operation level of HR. 7. Cultivate professional, efficient, and service-conscious SSCteams at home and abroad to improve the execution and professionalism of the overall team.
  • Be fully responsible for the organization and implementation of employee relations work, including employee entry and exit, internal transfers, job changes, labor contract management, and the handling and prevention of labor disputes, and conduct relevant data analysis.
  • Be responsible for organizing employee satisfaction surveys, analyzing and feedback survey results, improving employee relations, and enhancing employees’ sense of belonging and satisfaction.
  • Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources is preferred
  • More than 8 years of experience in human resources management in large global companies, with experience in SSC operation management, e-HR platform operation, human resources data management, and 0-1 construction experience
  • Proficient in SSC process management, performance management, quality management, human resources data management, and excellent data analysis ability
  • Have relevant work experience in the construction, operation and promotion of shared service centers
  • Familiar with the construction of human resources related policies, systems and processes, and proficient in Microsoft and other office software
  • Have the ability to learn quickly and solve complex problems, with a high sense of responsibility and attention to details
  • Able to withstand high-intensity work pressure, with strong execution and plan implementation capabilities
  • Experience in employee management service projects for companies with more than 3,000 people or SSC project implementation experience in consulting companies is preferred
  • Accept short-term overseas business trips and have a certain level of English
