The Director of Shared Services at MedElite is responsible for managing the daily operations of each Shared Services function. These functions include new employee onboarding, provider credentialing, and employee benefits administration. The successful candidate for this position is a seasoned leader who can drive process improvements, optimize workflows, and ensure a high level of consistency and accuracy in the listed functions.

• Provide strategic direction for the Shared Services department, aligning services with MedElite’s organizational objectives.
• Oversee and coordinate Shared Services teams, fostering collaboration and communication.
• Develop and implement standardized processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficient and standardized procedures.
• Collaborate with department heads to optimize Shared Services workflows, improving overall organizational effectiveness.
• Oversee the onboarding process, to ensure that we maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations while keeping to appropriate timelines with candidate communication.
• Oversee MedElite’s benefits department, and ensure that we offer the best possible benefits and support for our employees.

• Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing Shared Services functions, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of finance, human resources, benefits administration, and other Shared Services areas.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align Shared Services with overall organizational objectives.
• Demonstrated experience in process optimization and driving continuous improvement.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
