You will be joining a leading global company with an excellent reputation for its excellent working environment and culture. The company is growing at an excellent rate and is developing its footprint by building a ‘centre of excellence’ in their recently acquired Manchester office.

You will be tasked initially with defining the transition from their already established Shared Service Centre which is located in the south of England. This will include building a qualified team and establishing a centre of excellence. You will be the key decision maker of defining new ways of working and driving best practice around behaviours and the culture, whilst reporting to the Group CFO.

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), with previous experience of dealing within complex accounting structures within a Share Service Centre. You’ll have strong communication skills and be able to adapt and communicate with colleagues/stakeholders at various levels. You’ll have a strong personality, producing competency and behaviour frameworks, with the influencing and driving decisions in a newly created Shared Service Centre.
