The Keller Group is proud to exclusively partner with a growing organization in the Phoenix area, seeking a Director of Shared Services to join their team. We are looking for someone who is a hands-on strategic thinker, able to navigate complex integrations from acquisitions, as well as have strong people management skills as this role will be developing and mentoring a large team. The ideal candidate should be an empathetic, people first leader who is able to drive efficiency and have excellent problem solving skills.

• Oversee and develop the accounts payable and accounts receivable teams.
• Evaluate, develop, and improve department controls, systems, policies and procedures.
• Train, develop and provide support to the shared service staff while addressing employee performance issues and concerns professionally.
• Support in the production of financial reports and provide financial analysis and recommendation when needed.
• Develop and implement KPI’s, standard operating procedures and streamline shared services processes to enhance efficiency.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
• 6+ years of related shared services/accounting/finance experience
• Previous management experience required
• Experience with ERP systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
