We are looking for a Director – Social Relations manager in charge of social dialogue and health, safety and QVCT issues, dynamic and experienced to join the Human Resources Department This strategic position plays a key role in the management and improvement of social relations in a company. transformation context with multiple legal statuses and multiple geographies (France, Belgium, Germany, Americas)
Management of social relations:
- Supervise, manage and manage all social relations within the 3 French legal entities.
- Maintain quality social dialogue with staff representatives and unions. Lead global social dialogue at GBS terminals, France scope.
- Organize and co-lead staff representative bodies (CSE, CSSCT etc.)
Social negotiations:
- Define negotiation mandates with the HR department concerned and management
- Prepare negotiation documents: drafting agreements, negotiation schedule
- Conduct negotiations with trade union organizations
- Formalization of agreements with the competent bodies
- Contribute to the implementation of agreements (communication)
HR strategy and policy:
- Develop and implement social relations strategies aligned with GBS strategy.
- Ensure compliance of HR policies with current labor legislation.
- Contribute to the development of transformation and change support policies.
Management/stakeholder in projects with high social sensitivity :
- Be responsible for the social dialogue aspect: social strategy, social calendar, support and advise operational staff
Support and advice to operational HR and management:
- Provide support and advice to operational HR on issues of social relations and labor law.
- Train and raise awareness of good practices for managing social relations.
- Ensure legal monitoring
- Advise management in the implementation of transformation projects
Management of individual situations :
- Advise HR teams in the implementation of disciplinary procedures and the drafting of sensitive letters.
Health, Safety and Quality of life at work:
- Apply the Group’s One Safety policy and adapt it to GBS’s business specificities
- Define and co-construct with the members of the CSSCT the annual prevention plan (PAPRIPACT) and the Single Professional Risk Assessment Document (DUERP)
- Prevention and monitoring of accidents
- Define and deploy the policy and actions regarding Quality of Life at work
Communication:
- Ensure fluid and transparent communication between management, employees and staff representative bodies.
International context :
- Coordinate social relations, Health & Safety initiatives in an international context, taking into account local specificities.
- Contribute to projects with an international dimension
Training:
- Advanced diploma in social law or human resources
Experience :
- Minimum 10 years of experience in social relations management, with experience in an international and transformation environment.
