  • Serve as a strategic leader and be responsible for the formulation and execution of plans which will drive significant growth of the online business and omni-channel experience in partnership with the Operating Companies (OpCos).
  • Act as the business owner representing Omni-Channel needs of SUSA OpCos using VOC (Voice of Customer) to constantly shape the group Spark platform.
  • Lead the rollout of new omni-channel capabilities to the OpCos including eCommerce, CRM and associate experience tools – train and support the OpCo teams to maximize the platform.

Personal Attributes

You will need to be relationship oriented and functionally credible in order to maneuver and navigate in a complex, shared service organization with experienced OpCo leadership teams. You should be a strong relationship builder with solid understanding of digital environments including but not limited to eCommerce and this leader must be able to make rapid decisions based on available data.

To be effective, it is essential that you possess high emotional intelligence (EQ) in addition to business acumen. You will have an open personality and an ability to earn the trust of regional and OpCo presidents, other stakeholders/executives, peers, and direct reports. Advanced leadership capabilities, in identifying digital growth opportunities, are crucial. You also must work cross-functionally and influence internal partners to successfully create a vision, establish an agenda, and mobilize the organization around key initiatives that help improve omni-channel customer experience.

Qualifications

  • 5+ Years of creating sales enablement plans.
  • 4+ Years of creating and conducting digital sales training.
  • 5+ Years of team leadership experience.
  • 4 year BA/BS
  • Masters preferred
  • Office 365 preferred
  • PowerBI preferred
  • Sales Planning tools – Dynamics preferred
