People Solutions Team responsible for Onboarding, Relocation & Global Mobility, Employee hiring, and support activities. The mission of the team is to deliver an amazing employee experience. Our long-term goal is to support Delivery Hero’s growth through scalable global processes. The most interesting part of the position is you will lead a multidisciplinary team with global reach while working closely with all the Heroes. - Hero Support team: our first level of support for employees located in Berlin. Supporting policies, contracts, queries and all kind of people initiatives;
- Global Hero Support functions: international hiring and remote employees support;
- Global Mobility: support the Global Mobility team on immigration, relocation, visa and other mobility related topics;
- Onboarding Experience: we onboard 100+ Heroes to our team and provide an inspiring first week to all of them;
- Global support for people technology queries. Supporting 25.000 employees globally with any Tier 1 query related to systems, mainly Workday;
- Lead a team of 20+ professionals with 5 direct reports;
- Drive People Operations and Culture initiatives globally around the different support functions in the team;
- Lead and/or support future global initiatives related to process improvements or shared services set-up;
- Support the onboarding of new companies into the Delivery Hero people systems and support model.
- 8+ years industry experience in People Operations/ HR working in Hi-Tech/ E-commerce/ Online industry;
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills;
- A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element
- Demonstrated track record of developing effective relationships across the organization;
- High knowledge of human resources processes and best practices;
- Strong technical HR knowledge – Workday and/or other HCM solutions;
- Fluency in English, other languages are considered a plus.
Nice To Have
- Good working knowledge of European employment laws
- Experience in setting up shared service models across multiple regions.
