The People Solutions Director provides strategic vision and directs organizational design, and retention programs across Advent Health in order to retain, develop, and motivate team members. Provides leadership for Organizational Effectiveness Strategy and planning, developing, and implementing a system-wide approach to change management efforts. Acts as a Liaison and trusted advisor CPOs and HRBPs, ensuring alignment of strategy, processes, and tools for maximum effectiveness and organization success.

The Value You’ll Bring To The Team

  • Identifies opportunities for a better Organizational Effectiveness and propose solutions.
  • Consults with key stakeholders, HRBPs, and HR Shared Services leadership to provide strategic direction regarding the forecasting of team member retention and associated program development, administration, and problem solving.
  • In partnership with COE leaders, continually assesses and improves all aspects of the team member experience.
  • Builds analytics capability and associated tools to provide key people insights to leaders to facilitate decision making.
  • Provides organizational design methodology consultation to HRBPs.
  • Ensure playbooks are relevant, user-friendly, and seen as a valuable tool for the users in the field.
  • Provides change management methodology and advice to People Products and Services
  • Develops change management strategy and engagement plans and oversees execution in conjunction with HR Shared Services and HRBPs
  • Ensures HR compliance with all applicable federal and state laws, leads response teams for audits as needed.

Education And Experience Required

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Human Resources, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of seven years of experience in organizational effectiveness, preferably in healthcare
  • Minimum of five years of managerial experience as an HR professional
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities within a corporate environment
  • Demonstrated experience in developing corporate HR policy, surveying team member engagement, and developing programs to increase retention
