An exciting opportunity to drive, design and deliver solutions that reflect contemporary best practice and achieves optimal outcomes for the sector’s strategic operational and business requirements within the PaTH Program.
The Director Product Guardian is responsible for ensuring the harmonisation of Corporate Services Customer Journeys across six NSW Government clusters, providing support for the organisation’s key operational requirements and overall program goals.
The role also supports Customer Journey Owners from the business to ensure continuity and consistency of finance process design and ensures customer journeys accurately represent and address customer needs while adopting standard processes.
What you’ll do
You will lead a diverse team in developing and delivering outcomes to agreed targets and timeframes with the program’s strategic directions.
You will also:
- Drive process changes, improvements, innovation, and standardisation across the PaTH / myWorkZone solution.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster communication across the Department and external agencies that will position the organisation well and enable buy in to support the programs objectives.
- Lead the development of a strategic roadmap for the functional domain for the myWorkZone solution.
- Deliver on the program’s governance committees and decision-making framework to meet program objectives within the functional domains for the role
- Manage and address complex functional domain issues and provide alternate solutions.

- Ability to Identify opportunities for further process harmonisation and improvement opportunities across the two-hub shared service model.
- Experience in resolving complex challenges and sound risk management principles and strategies to drive organisation wide outcomes.
