To support the continued expansion of the Process Solutions team and RCC capability, we are seeking a Global Pipeline & Delivery Lead to provide end to end oversight of the generation, prioritisation, and delivery of an innovative pipeline of process improvement and automation opportunities. This role will partner with key collaborators to establish relationships, generate a pipeline of opportunities to unlock value using the RCC expertise and capabilities, and ensure we deliver a brilliant customer experience throughout delivery.

• Accountable for annual value targets including financial savings, time saved, and cash flow/cross-charges.
• Senior stakeholder engagement/management – including partnering and alignment on joint-ambition/target areas for automation, briefing/update sessions, reporting on pipeline demand, successful implementations and the resolution of impediments to progress
• Lead a hard-working delivery teams and the RCC hubs in Chennai and Kular Lumpur
• Generation and oversight of the pipeline of business improvement projects / demand in conjunction with key business collaborators – driving the effective prioritisation of initiatives, being responsible for downstream delivery and reporting on associated value creation
• Drive & support the optimisation of medium to high complexity/value processes through the creation of actionable roadmaps focused on quick wins and short/mid-term implementations through process diagnostics and current state assessments
• Assessment of process automation scope, business value and accompanying argument
• Due diligence across risk factors (complexity, business criticality, compliance and regulation)
• Partner with our internal AZ IT collaborator to ensure the technical delivery capabilities they provide the RCC are enabling the delivery of the pipeline. These capabilities include solution engineering, development, and application maintenance/support
• Support adoption & sustainment through embedded change management/user experience
• Overarching responsibility for ensuring adherence to the standardised RCC approach in collaboration with Process Solutions Operations and enabling teams – including standards, methodologies, tools and best practices
• Collaboration with GBS Process Solutions Account Management team to support and manage strategic demand generation, review and intake into the RCC capability
• Collaborating across the GBS Process Solutions team to embed new agile ways of working and continuous improvement initiatives driving internal efficiencies

Essential requirements

• Strong leadership skills with line management experience (global line mgmt. experience strongly preferred)
• Excellent customer management, influencing & presentation / oral communication skills
• Significant experience of high value change projects including process automation & execution (e.g. RPA, BPM Tools)
• Proven experience in the analysis & re-design of complex, multi-function business processes, using recognised business process re-engineering techniques, e.g. Lean, Six sigma, Kaizen expert
• Demonstrated experience of leading high-profile projects / organizational change activities
• Energetic and self-motivated, with strong analytical & prioritisation skills
• Thrives in a fast paced and evolving environment and is willing to adapt responsibilities to meet organisational strategic priorities and scaling needs
• Willingness to undertake some domestic / international travel (as required)
