In these positions, you will have overall responsibility for the Front Office activities incl. financial risk, cash and insurance management. You will be the key driver in developing treasury operations as well as cash management. These positions will report to the Head of Treasuries and act as his/her deputy.
- Overall responsibility for the Front Office activities (incl. Financial risk, cash and insurance management)
- Developing and executing the financial risk strategy plan in cooperation with the CFO and the Head of Treasury
- Maintaining and executing financial risk operations with selected trusted counterparties
- Executing and reporting the above-mentioned operations and monitoring and reporting the accuracy of their p/l and risk effects on the company
- Having an active role in various corporate projects and events, as corporate and financial transactions, including capital market transactions
- Supervising Treasury-related processes in the Finance Shared Service Center.
Education
- Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration
Experience
- At least 7-10 years of relevant experience
Competencies
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Experience from dealing with financial instruments
- Working experience from similar tasks within corporate treasury
- Knowledge in financial instruments, Treasury system TWIN and Reuters/Bloomberg
- Knowledge of IFRS standards related to Treasury
- Understanding the business logic and related financial risk
- Development-minded, self-initiative, proactively thinks about how to add value for internal customers/stakeholders. Improves ways of working, systems, tools and processes
- Proactive personality with good teamwork skills, active dialogue with internal stakeholders
- Ability and willingness to develop into a more challenging role in Corporate Treasury.
