Our client is a retail services business that operates across the globe in 20+ countries. The company is embarking on a finance transformation programme that includes the ‘insourcing’ of its finance operations to the UK from its offshore partners.
This role provides the opportunity lead in the set up the finance shared service centre (captive) and build a best in class operation. Ideal candidates will be experienced shared service centre with relevant experience including leading change & transformation projects in international organisations.
