We are currently seeking an experienced Shared Service Centre expert to get stuck into an exciting contract with a Consultancy company based in Leeds. The role will focus on the Service Design of a new Shared Service Centre across Finance, HR and Procurement.
They are looking for someone with previous experience of end-to-end SSC design builds, with exposure to 2 or more of the previously mentioned functions. Someone who is able to work autonomously and collaboratively to help drive the delivery prior to the project go-live in 12 months time.
- Defining transition states, roles and establishing a centre of excellence
- User journey mapping, producing competency & behaviour frameworks and capability assessments
- Working closely with the end client to support SSC design
- Identify and manage dependencies between streams
- Previous experience with Shared Service Centres essential
- HR, Finance and Procurement experience
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in leading teams
- Strong attention to detail
Logistics
- Initial 4 month contract
- Likely outside IR35
- 2 days/week in office hybrid working
