The team you will lead operates from new offices based close to Spire Hartswood Hospital. The business environment is pacey and dynamically changing, providing you with the enviable opportunity to establish and embed enhanced patient administration services whilst working collaboratively across our Hub based structure.
Leading the shared service centre, you will own provision of hospital shared services for: In-Patient Admissions Bookings; Out-Patient Admission Bookings and; Private Patients’ Sales, ensuring these deliver the requisite commercial, corporate, professional, and regulatory standards.
This is a new and exciting role for the Hub in which you can:
- Develop and deliver the Hospital Shared Services’ (HSS) 3-year Business Strategy in line with Spire’s overall business strategy for the Hospitals in the Hub.
- Work in collaboration with the Hub Hospital Director, ensuring the HSS Centre and services it provides are fully compliant with all regulatory and legal requirements.
- Provide effective leadership that develops a culture of continuous improvement, enhancing business process pathways to ensure our Patients’ experience best in class service provision throughout their treatment pathway.
- Champion work in conjunction with Central Commercial functions to deliver new initiatives, products, and services.
- Work jointly with Hospitals’ SMTs and Heads of Departments to provide seamless patient administration services, enabling Hospitals to maximise operational efficiency and exceeds each Hospital’s Annual Operating Plan
- Ideally, you will be a seasoned leader offering experience in developing and delivering a successful, complex business shared services operation. Experience of working within the healthcare provider sector may be helpful, but NOT essential.
- Your track record in positively impacting on customer experience through provision of customer centric processes and protocols, combined with your skills enhancing team performance, natural energy and enthusiasm set you apart from your peer group.
