This is a confidential and retained search for one of our longest standing clients who’s seeking a Director of Shared Services to drive strategic initiatives and ensure exceptional customer account management. We’re looking for a proven leader with robust collections, credit management, and cash application experience. This role reports directly to the CFO and offers a unique opportunity to influence the financial health and sustainability of an industry leader.

• Define and implement strategies to optimize end-to-end Accounts Receivable management.
• Demonstrate a holistic understanding of revenue cycles and how A/R processes support multiple revenue types.
• Establish trusting relationships with Treasury, business unit, and field leadership.
• Oversee aging receivables, credit limit adjustments, and resolution of credit block issues.
• Conduct regular performance discussions and identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Ensure adherence to debt collection regulations and industry best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 8+ years of experience in finance/accounting roles
• Proven track record of managing and leading high-performing teams in accounting.
• Ability to drive strategic initiatives and optimize cash flow.
• Proficiency in SAP and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Experience in leading change within a function to minimize organizational disruption.
• Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional negotiation abilities.
