We are looking for a Director, Source to Pay to optimize our current processes from supplier set-up to order to payment. The goal is to value stream map the current process and identify improvement activities across the entire enterprise (which goes beyond Finance to include customer master, procurement, travel, digitizing and Treasury).
- Develop, optimize, and govern global procurement & payment accounting processes with the appropriate people, policies and controls that will drive business growth while maintaining compliance with accounting regulations. This will require documenting multiple policies for TBC and ensuring alignment among Mexico and the U.S.
- Ensure that desk-top procedures are documented, assessable and reviewed annually across the organization.
- Value-stream map each part of the STP process specific to Finance – approvals, reconciliation & payment to identify ideal state. Assist with up-stream and down-stream process mapping to ensure seamless hand-offs with the Finance organization.
- Lead monthly close and reporting processes for payables and publish timely reporting & analysis to management & key stakeholders.
- Establish key metrics, optimize processes, and standardize ways of working to drive automation and efficiency, bringing the US & Mexico team members together to operate as one shared service team.
- Centralize & standardize STP processes globally, ensuring proper internal controls. This will require a thorough review of all invoicing processes within TBC and may mean bringing additional jobs into the function.
- Implement controls testing process in conjunction with Internal Control team. Ensure that issues are mitigated, and improvement processes are documented in a timely manner.
- Evaluate the organization and drive towards a shared service organization located in a low-cost country or with an outside service provider.
- Function as the conduit with outside provider and TBC leadership.

- Experience developing global Source to Pay governance, policies, and processes, with a strong focus on internal controls.
- Experience building out shared service capabilities, including KPI reporting.
- Experience leading large teams, developing talent, and holding team members accountable.
- Proven ability to implement continuous improvement practices including identifying root cause, creating action plan, and implementing plan with full support of all parties/departments impacted.
- Ability to build trust cross functionally with all levels of the organization and effectively communicate/influence to drive strategy & vision.
- Strong analytical background to understand how to leverage data to influence business decisions.
- Strong grasp of systems and transactional detail as well as the ability to maintain a high-level contextual view will be paramount.
- Keep leadership & internal business partners informed of portfolio performance, risks, mitigation strategies and opportunities through timely & effective communication.
- Support the implementation of new enterprise wide and finance related systems.
- Lead, develop, and mentor the team using industry best practices and expertise to help them grow and achieve performance and productivity targets.
- Function as a culture driver, embracing change, fostering a sense of belonging and inclusion, and nurturing an environment where diversity is celebrated.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, and related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive, demonstrated Source to Pay experience.
- 7+ years in a related progressive management role with end-to-end process accountability and a global scope.
- Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and resolution skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Form strategic partnerships, having a voice in new initiatives or changes that impact the Order to Cash process.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bilingual in Spanish /English is a plus.
