• Develop and implement strategies aiming to promote the FTEC’s mission and vision
• Build an effective team of leaders by providing guidance and coaching to subordinate leaders and
• Establish a service level driven culture based on Emerson’s values, and that promotes safety, trust, and empowerment of employees
• Work with the Final Control business units and World Areas and the various functions to implement the global and local initiatives
• Develop and maintain a high performing organization through people development, performance evaluations, and organizational planning
• Ensure functional managers are leading their teams by establishing a vision, yearly goals, and holding their teams and individuals accountable to those goals
• Work with the Emerson’s Final Control business units and World Areas to properly plan capacity, effectively hire, and train resources
• Properly communicate the vision, goals, results, and issues across the FTEC Stakeholders, including the FTEC board of directors, World Areas, and the Final Control business units
• Interact and collaborate with the other Emerson Shared Services locations to continually improve and share lessons learned
• Partner with Human Resources to ensure alignment with Emerson and governmental policies and legal guidelines
• Act as the public speaker and public relations representative of the FTEC in ways that strengthen its profile
• Plan and oversee the infrastructure needs and expansion plans of the FTEC

• Internal Customers: Various functions within the World Areas and Final Control business units, including spec reviews, drafting, global 3D CAD, customer service, customer drawings, order engineering, project management, documentation management, parts quotation, procurement, quality, and other functions
• External Interfaces: Local Business Partners, Emerson Impact Partners, Emerson, and Final Control Management
• Travel will be required based on organizational demands

• BA/BS Degree with 10 years of experience; MBA preferred
• Management and leadership capabilities
