Setup, control and manage HR operation services with operation efficiency and effectiveness.
Project Management
- Work as the Project manager to oversee HR applications or transformation projects (current stage investigation, gap analysis, assessment, future stage, risk management, procurement strategy, vendor assessment, negotiation and award, value realization, manage project resource and timeline, mange project stakeholders, change and communication management)
- Management of outsource (budget, procurement, payment, ensure return on investment)
Human Capital Management (HCM) System
- Planning strategy, setup and management of Human Capital Management (HCM) Employee Self-Service and Manager Self-Service applications in line with leading practices including chatbot and HR website that brings efficiency to HR service deliveries.
- Direct management of Employee data management and data governance the area of personal information, electronic fillings, payroll and time management, in line with PDPA
- Direct, setup and manage Governance Model for Change Control for HR applications.
Payroll Management
- Manage and setup employee payments, deductions, and tax services that in line with Thailand labor law and tax law, GC policy and MODA under Payroll management service for GC and subsidiaries.
- Establish salary and wage annual budget
Time Management
- Manage Time management service for GC and subsidiaries (absent, attendance, overtime, work schedule) in accordance with GC policy and Thailand labor law.
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Information System or other related field.
- 10-15 years’ experience in Human Resources Management (Hire-Retire life cycle of employees)
- Experience in being the Project Lead in Hire to Retire Human Capital Management System implementation for a large company is an advantage.
- At least 3 years’ experience in budgeting of Personnel Cost and payroll for large company (over 4,000 employees)
- Knowledge and experience in policy executions e.g. HR Time policy for Shift work, Flexible and Day work schedule.
- Experience in Shared service management and execution in payroll, time, HR application and personal information.
- Strong project management with good analytical skill
- Good interpersonal skill with ability to deal with several stakeholders (internal/external)
- Good command of English
