For our Client, a global company, we are looking for candidates for EMEA Program Director in the area of Business Processes Transition & Transformation.

• oversee the transition and transformation programs on a day-to-day basis working Senior Stakeholders in EMEA Region,
• provide the project management layer for transition programs in EMEA Region,
• close cooperate with SSC Leads and Senior Management in regarding transition, transformation and process reengineering,
• managing a small team of Projects Managers / Business Analysts,
• integrate and consolidate transition and transformation work activities to land and to be managed onsite,
• work with the leadership team to identify the individuals required to fulfil onsite integration roles and to prepare detailed onboarding and knowledge transfer plan by role/ service line,
• support the planning activities especially in terms of co-ordinating workshops and meetings with in charge of transition and transformation,
• consolidate and review the status reports for the Projects and Programs,
• reports the status of the activities to Global PMO for governance purposes,
• manage all risks and escalations regarding the projects and programs, assigns escalated issues for resolution.

• University degree (MBA preferred),
• 10+ years of professional experience including ate least 5 years of experience in Shared Services environment,
• proven project management and transformation skills,
• open with excellent communication skills,
• strong senior stakeholders management skills,
• team builder and proven leadership ability to influence and achieve objectives with a team approach,
• strong financial acumen,
• business travelling up to 40% of time.
