You will be a part of employer change projects across multiple business units developing a heathy network with stakeholders. With opportunities to travel around the UK you will help shape the future of BAE surrounded and supported by leading experts.

• Develop a robust and value add ER plan to support Head Office and Shared Services businesses to deliver their business objectives
• Working predominantly on UK focussed activities, but with an increasing emphasis on International ER solutions
• Partner with the business HR Directors and teams on all ER matters
• Work effectively across the wider ER teams to deliver seamless services
• Responsible for the integration and delivery of all ER services
• Partner with Trade Unions and Employee Representatives to enable business change
• Develop and integrate insights and data to help inform ER solutions
• Contribute to wider Corporate ER projects as appropriate
• Collaborating with the wider ER Partner community across all Sectors and Businesses
• Increase the understanding and capability of our HR colleagues and line managers in ER Matters

• Extensive Employee Relations knowledge and experience working within a blue-chip organisation
• Demonstrable experience of working across a complex organisation developing senior stakeholder relationships
• Exposure to International HR/ER activities
• Experienced leader with good influencing skills
• Experience developing data led action plans and solutions
• Understanding of trade union relationships with the ability to develop positive working relationships
• HR related degree or equivalent experience
