Communications Director, managing and executing on internal communications. Working closely with leadership team to understand the needs and priorities of each market, this position is responsible for setting a comprehensive communications strategy and operational plan to support commercial growth, strengthen market positioning and build internal culture.

  • Managing a global team of communications professionals.
  • Maintaining and deliver Baker Hughes’ annual communications calendar
  • Managing all aspects of the enterprise employee communications experience including all-employee broadcasts, leadership forums
  • Handling complex professional work in the communications department
  • Delegating for the VP Transformation & Enterprise Employee Communications as needed
  • Developing and implement centralized processes for communicating effectively to all Baker Hughes employees.
  • Performing data analysis and management of communications channels
  • Leading and coaching your team, set and monitor performance expectations
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in communications, journalism, or marketing
  • 7 additional years of experience in Communications & Marketing.Have the ability to document, plan, market, and execute communications programs
  • Possess established project management and change management skills
