Communications Director, managing and executing on internal communications. Working closely with leadership team to understand the needs and priorities of each market, this position is responsible for setting a comprehensive communications strategy and operational plan to support commercial growth, strengthen market positioning and build internal culture.
- Managing a global team of communications professionals.
- Maintaining and deliver Baker Hughes’ annual communications calendar
- Managing all aspects of the enterprise employee communications experience including all-employee broadcasts, leadership forums
- Handling complex professional work in the communications department
- Delegating for the VP Transformation & Enterprise Employee Communications as needed
- Developing and implement centralized processes for communicating effectively to all Baker Hughes employees.
- Performing data analysis and management of communications channels
- Leading and coaching your team, set and monitor performance expectations
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in communications, journalism, or marketing
- 7 additional years of experience in Communications & Marketing.Have the ability to document, plan, market, and execute communications programs
- Possess established project management and change management skills
