Our client acts as a Shared Service Center for various operating companies in the food sector. They are active in the trade of fresh fruit and vegetables and are located on the south side of Rotterdam. To strengthen and future-proof the organization, they are looking for an ESG Controller.

• Setting up structured, preferably automated processes, to collect data consistently, correctly, timely and validated, which are required for reliable periodic CSRD reporting;
• You translate the CSRD requirements into daily practice;
• Together with the CSR manager, you determine the required data for correct reporting and ensure that it is made accessible;
• You are responsible for integrating the required sustainability information into the internal planning & control process;
• Preparing ESG-related parts in the annual report.

What are you bringing?

• HBO working and thinking level in a relevant field, such as sustainability, business administration, financial, economics or similar;
• Knowledge of or affinity with sustainability themes;
• Be accurate, analytical, show initiative and have a great sense of responsibility.

• You have the ability to collaborate and influence effectively at different levels within the organization;
• You have an excellent command of the Dutch language and are proficient in English;
