We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Finance who can demonstrate sound financial stewardship and leadership, a focus on quality improvement, quality and safety, compassionate and inclusive behaviours and strong ability to develop effective relationships both in the organisation and across partners, regulators and external stakeholders.

• Develop a shared understanding of, and commitment to, the vision and strategic aims of the Trust
• Promote a culture that encourages the use of initiative, individual and team responsibility and open communications
• Support and inspire staff towards continuous service improvement and the delivery of patient focused models of care
• Contribute to the development of a positive public image of the Trust through the effective communication of operational objectives, successes and constraints
• Provide strong, compassionate, inclusive and visible leadership
• Develop within the finance function a culture that encourages the use of initiative, individual and team responsibility, open communications and excellent customer service
• Provide strong, high-profile leadership for the development of financial services
• Work across the system to develop strategies to ensure financial sustainability of the Trust in the future
