Founded in 1956, TECO initially focused on motor production. Since then, TECO has expanded into various fields, including heavy electrical appliances, home appliances, information and communications, electronic key components, infrastructure construction, financial investment, and food & beverage services. The company has actively participated in major national projects, with its business now spanning more than 40 countries and over a hundred cities across five continents.
- Collaborate with Headquarters: Work closely with TECO headquarters to ensure alignment with operational plans and strategic goals.
- Oversee Financial and Operational Functions: Manage and supervise all financial, accounting, human resources, general administration, legal affairs, contracts, auditing, and operational functions to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Standardize Back-Office Operations: Standardize and streamline back-office operations across related entities in Malaysia to ensure consistency with the group’s policies and procedures.
- Business Travel: Undertake business travel as necessary to support operational requirements and strategic initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree above in finance or accounting-related fields.
- Language Skills: Fluent in both Chinese and English is required.
- Experience: Over 10 years of experience as a leader of financial and operational functions.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the electromechanical engineering or construction engineering industry, especially in the EPC company, is a plus.
- Local Knowledge: Familiar with Malaysian financial regulations and legal requirements.
