Our client is a leading Engineering firm growing rapidly, locally and internationally.
The main function of this role is to oversee multiple cross functional teams (Finance, Ops, HR etc) across various companies within the group.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- CIMA or equivalent (must be a finance qualification)
- Minimum 7 years of operational and finance management experience in the manufacturing sector/ engineering or similar
- Understanding of Financial Management, HR Processes, Facilities Management, and Quality Assurance
- Experience managing large teams / divisions within a company or group of companies would be ideal
- Ideal person would: Be CIMA or Part CIMA or equivalent
- Live in or near East Rand
- Have exposure to strategic planning & implementation
- Have strong financial and operational management
