• A qualified accountant holding ACA, ACCA, or CIMA designation.
• A wealth of post-qualification experience (PQE) in the capacity of Finance Director or a similar senior finance leadership role.
• Demonstrated expertise in multi-site, retail, or professional services environments is highly advantageous.
• Profound knowledge of SSC integration and a proven track record in implementing SSC processes.
• Outstanding presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate intricate financial information to stakeholders.
• A proven history of driving financial performance, spearheading process enhancements, and managing change effectively.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to align financial goals with the overarching business objectives.
