Publicly traded US company that operates in a business services industry. The global headcount is over 30,000 employees. APAC HQ is located in Singapore, Japan works closely with Singapore. Japan is top 5 markets globally for the company in terms of the size and top 3 in terms of profitability.
- This position will manage the Finance team and work closely with Japan and regional leaders regarding the company’s strategy.
- The finance team consists of 7 Accounting staff and 4 FP&A.
- This position will support the revenue growth of the company and support financial processes efficiency improvement.
- Finance experience on a leadership role
- Work experience in a company with over 300M USD P&L size
- Team management experience
- FMCG/Consulting/Manufacturing/Media industries experience
