- Overseeing one of the largest teams at the company’s site in Krakow, consisting of more than 50 members, with a strong emphasis on nurturing their long-term growth.
- Ensuring that the assumptions of the Finance Delivery Model are integrated into daily operations related to commercial finance procedures.
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of pricing processes, structural aspects, customer incentive programs, and deal management processes to effectively manage commercial finance operations for the supported businesses.
- Collaborating closely with the Sales Department and Leadership to ensure the seamless execution of commercial strategies for the businesses under your purview.
- Championing, planning, and spearheading transformation initiatives within the realm of commercial finance, which may include expanding the team’s scope to encompass new business areas.
- Serving as a vital link between the Business and Shared Services functions.
- Promoting and supporting the implementation of process enhancement initiatives, including the automation and digitization of processes.
- A track record of more than a decade in relevant roles involving financial analysis, business support, or shared service functions within an international corporation.
- Possession of a university degree (or equivalent) in finance, accounting, or business management.
- Demonstrated strong business acumen, characterized by the ability to anticipate critical external and internal factors that influence specific business situations. A knack for making prompt and logical decisions and the capacity to influence others toward achieving business objectives.
- Exceptional communication skills that enable the clear and straightforward presentation of financial information to diverse audiences.
- Strategic management experience is indispensable for effectively overseeing an organization’s resources and devising strategies to achieve goals and objectives.
- Inherent self-motivation and adaptability, as the scope of responsibilities can vary significantly based on the direction of the business.
- A history of managing teams and a continuous drive and enthusiasm for team development.
- Familiarity with various automation solutions to facilitate and support process improvement initiatives within the team.
- Proficiency in English, with additional language skills considered advantageous.
