Our client, a leader in global fintech, is seeking a Finance Director to support the global operations. This role will play a critical part in the financial organization of the company, overseeing and coordinating shared services functions, ensuring effective management of organization-wide finance policies and processes.

• This key member will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the financial functions of a global organization
• Manage a Financial Shared Services Center team distributed in different areas: Accounts Payable, Payroll, Accounts Receivable and Master Data
• The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial operations, a proven track record of driving process improvements, and the ability to provide strategic financial guidance to support the company’s growth objectives
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the overall business objectives
• Collaborate with executive leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations
• Lead the annual budget process and long-term financial planning
• Financial Reporting and Analysis
• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related
• Master’s Degree or CPA preferred
• Minimum 10 years experience in accounting or finance
• 5+ years of experience leading shared service organizations
• Experience with NetSuite, SAP and advanced Excel
