• Oversees the financial execution of R2R, O2C, and P2P
• Ensure that these processes are executed efficiently and in line with established standards within your area of responsibility.
• Continuously monitoring deliverables and key metrics to ensure that the Business stays on track.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals
• Provide leadership and strategic guidance to the team
• Collaborate with other department heads to drive company-wide financial performance
• Report on financial performance to the executive team

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Extensive experience leading accounting processes (R2R, O2C and P2P)
• Proven experience leading teams of 50+ people
• Over 5 years in management or executive positions
• Previous experience in Shared Services Center is essential
• Excellent management skills
• Advanced English communication skills
