As Financial Manager at Homij Technische Installaties BV you are part of the financial department at the head office, you manage the shared service center and you report to the Reporting and Consolidation Specialist. The financial department consists of a Finance Director, reporting and consolidation specialist and 2 AR and AP employee.

• Leading the shared service center and ensuring an efficient process;
• Point of contact for the branch controllers, the Financial Director and the management;
• Responsible for audit process and contacts with the accountant;
• Together with the reporting and consolidation specialist, you are responsible for the monthly and annual financial closings;
• You ensure the correct implementation of the AO IC and manage the ERP package;
• Responsible for making analyses and supporting the financial (multi)annual planning process and budgeting;
• Manages the banking systems and takes care of the head office administration;
• You monitor the entire financial administrative process of Homij and its branches.

• You have completed a degree in Finance or Accounting;
• You have approximately 8 years of experience in a similar managerial financial role, within a complex dynamic project environment, preferably in the technical or industrial sector;
• You have strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data;
• You are a people-oriented manager with excellent communication skills and are able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders at various levels;
• You have experience with ERP systems and advanced knowledge of financial software, preferably within a Microsoft Dynamics environment;
• You are proactive and results-oriented and have an eye for detail.
