The Primary responsibility of the Finance Manager (Accounts Payable) is to lead the P2P tower of the inhouse shared service with maximum efficiency and productivity.

• Deliver as per the agreed SLAs and KPIs of the accounts payable process.
• Resource utilization to manage the volumes and prioritize the bills.
• Motivate the team and monitor the performance of the team. Identify gap areas and adapt best solutions for overcoming those areas.
• Process Improvisation on a continuous basis for productivity and efficiency.
• Own the entire process of Fixed Asset Accounting, Vendor Payment and Accurate Expense Booking.
• Evaluate Internal Processes / Controls and Procedures. Liase with internal and external auditors.
• Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders as well.

• Experience in Accounts Payable role with team management experience.
• Preferred education for the role is CA/ICWA.
• Excellent Communication Skills
• ERP Exposure – Oracle / SAP / Any other recognized ERP
• Budget for the role is 27-30.
• Experience Level – 7 to 10 years post qualification.
