We are seeking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of a global shared service center. You will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and supporting the strategic financial planning of the company.

• Manage and prepare accurate financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
• Monitor expenses and recommend cost-saving strategies.
• Support audits and implement internal financial controls.
• Lead and develop the finance team.

• Must be a Certified Public Accountant
• With 10 years of minimum experience in Finance, preferably in international shared services or outsourcing.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
