Our client is an Australian Telco business with ambitious growth plans for the coming years. The business services various sectors including Government, Transport, and Security. As part of this growth, they are looking for a Finance Manager-Shared Services to join their team.

Reporting to the National Finance Controller the role will lead, develop and manage a transactional finance team/function.

• Ensuring the Shares Services (across ANZ) are in line with Group standards and best practices.
• Ensure continuous process improvement and high level of service delivery to the business.
• Management of the National Accounts Payable, Receivable, Invoicing and Procurement functions.
• Leads and supervises personnel, ensuring that the area of responsibility is organised, staffed, skilled and directed.
• Identify and implement process improvements and value add opportunities within shared services to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Ensures internal/external audits and other statutory audits are handled with high standards
• Design and inform business requirements for Shared Services Finance systems and processes

The person will have demonstrated experience in a finance management role, with a focus on shared services or centralized financial functions.
